(01:10) Today I'd like to introduce myself and the company, the challenges we're facing, and the effects of our efforts. After that, I worked for the Information-technology Promotion Agency, commonly known as the IPA, as a researcher in the field of architecture, and after about two and a half years of working on this, I landed at my current company, Karta Law Corporation, as a technology researcher. I've been working on it for about two and a half years, and then I landed at the technical high school where I'm working now, Karta Law.
(02:13) I've been helping with community events, and last year I managed the online event sreNEXT2022. The first thing I'd like to talk about today is the Carta Goldings' technology and engineering approach, which is a combination of the different engineering cultures of the different lineages. For those who are already involved in technical PR activities, I would like to introduce a blog on our efforts to deal with the challenges of a major event such as a management integration. The company is also a large company with strong engineers, so I think it will be quite rewarding and easy as a public relations person.

The company is also looking for people who are interested in the company's specific approach and who are willing to participate in various study groups and other events. If you ask vendors to hold events related to technology, they not only share information on seminars, but also provide updates on cult-specific beauty pageants and the like. It's a good summary.
(16:10) The issues you mentioned earlier, such as the issue of recruiting engineers and how to solve changes in the working environment overseas, I think there is a great match between the technical engineering method and the level method. The company's social initiatives are already a catalyst for the dissemination of information, which in turn creates an atmosphere of business and interaction between the engineers and the company. The company's internal initiatives are designed to educate engineers across the company and change the skills of engineers as a result of internal exchange. The integration of the different engineering cultures has resulted in the emergence of businesses and technologies that are unknown to each other, and we have introduced a social advertising initiative to resolve these issues.
